At Velvet Caviar, we want you to love your tech accessories as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original Velvet Caviar packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
